Aquamarina

Our home holidays is located in the very heart of Ortigia Island, the old town of Syracuse and Unesco world heritage site, in historical building of the ‘800, recently restored and returned to all its original splendour.The location is impressive: a few steps from the sea and Aretusa Spring , half way between the Cathedral and Maniace Castle. Aquamarina is so called because the dominant theme is the sea and the blue the predominant colour. It’s located on the second floor of the building, accessible by a comfortable lift.The loft apartment carefully renovated with the logic of open space comes with living and sleeping area. The living area consists of a pleasant living room with a fitted American-style Kitchen and characteristic dining table; it’s provided with a comfortable sofa bed.A typical wood and wrought iron staircase leads to the sleeping area, situated in the loft. Bathroom with shower and a small lovely balcony with sea view, 30 metres far from it, complete the description of our delicious apartment.It can accommodate up to 4 people.
